Fairhaven Summer Art Gallery Events (FSAGE)

The beautiful, historic, seaside town of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, has drawn artists, and visitors who seek art, for many years. The purpose of the Summer Art Gallery is to create a space for visiting artists to live, work, and exhibit in the town for an extended period of time during the peak of the tourist season — Summer. The Gallery, in downtown Fairhaven, will be staffed by locals who can answer questions about Fairhaven and point visitors to other interesting places around town. The goal of the Summer Art Gallery is to create an open, welcoming art experience in the center of town that draws visitors in to further explore this special place. 

The Gallery will be open:
Thursdays & Fridays 8 am - 1 pm and 4 pm-7 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 1 pm

Friday, June 20th Opening Reception at the Gallery from 4 - 6 pm.

Friday, June 20th Opening Gala at the Fairhaven Unitarian Church from 7 - 11 pm. (Tickets Required)

Saturday, June 26th  Fairhaven Homecoming Fair. Gallery open all day 8 am - 4 pm. More Darwin paintings at the fair.

Saturday, July 5th Plein Air on Public Land Event (Call to Artists Coming Soon)

Thursday, July 10th Workshop at The Art Loft 1 - 3 pm Sign up on their website: LINK

Friday, July 11th Art Archives Night at The Millicent Library from 7 - 9 pm. 

Friday, July 18th Art Talk at the Fairhaven Town Hall from 7 - 9 pm.

Friday, August 1st Closing Reception at the Gallery from 4 - 7 pm.

Saturday, August 2nd The exhibition ends at the Gallery at 1 pm.
